Transformative Cooperativism Internal and external practices.

I propose a round table, with invited experiences, to discuss what makes a cooperative project transformative. What internal reviews should we do (tensions between productivity and reproductivity) and how we should act in a committed way with the outside (knowledge transfer / reflections / new practices towards society). I think that in Som Energia, the challenge of being transformative in each of our impacts is great, and it might be good to discuss with other projects (we can mount this talk in collaboration with the Ateneu Cooperatiu Maresme) what strengths and weaknesses we have and how to learn And be more aware. I imagine a brief introduction, then 4 invited experiences that launch questions and reflections, and then a more participatory and dynamic part, in smaller groups perhaps, that will allow us a deeper debate. It could be an hour and a half.***
