   Rome Participatory Process

   Rome participatory process is designed as a timeline of 6 phases which involve internal (within the team) and external (public) components:

   • internal debates with the objective to design the meeting
   • internal and public meetings
   • internal proposals
   • public surveys
   • internal voting
   • internal accountability

   
   

   The three main componantes are as follows: ASSEMBLIES which include internal debates, internal and public meetings; INITIATIVES which include internal proposals and public surveys; CONSULTATIONS as the final step of decision making, which include internal voting and internal responsibility (accountability). These steps seek to generate, prioritize and execute the most effective ideas for Rome Collaboratory OH project.
