   Lisboa Participatory Process

   Lisboa participatory process is designed as a timeline of 6 phases which involve internal (within the team) and external (public) components:

   • Public ignition CHL- local partners (via meetings)
   • Public community mapping with actors to manifest some interest and create a wider group (via meetings, debates, surveys)
   • Ideas - we will ask for participation (via debates, proposals)
   • Decision making for action plan construction (it is a kind of participatory decision making, it will be done based on voting)
