   Hof Pradikov Participatory Process

   Hof Pradikov participatory process is designed as a timeline of 2 phases involving the following components: meetings, debates, surveys, proposals, voting

   The tow phase process is as follows:

   • The 1st phase is in December 2019 the collaboration between Trias Foundation, community, university cooperation will include the following topics on their agenda: Defining the working structure and thus delegating the tasks, defining meeting structure and improving coordination for the meeting in May 2019

   
   

   • The 2nd phase is in May 2019 and it includes several topics on its agenda: the consortium meeting, community and stakeholder involvement (local level), marketing with the emphasis on European element, presenting the project to the major and describing its importance
