2nd phase is the finance plan, which asks for data in order to develop a cost and financial plan. Therefore we ask for the property data (plot size, purchase price), the sources of financing (equity, loans, donations, rental income) and costs (possible rental loss, administrative expenses, ground rent).
As a result the group gets the amount of annual profit (reserve) or loss. This is very helpful for groups, because it enables to start playing with the numbers.
