La Fábrika de toda la vida

La Fábrika de toda la vida is located in a rural Spanish town in an old cement factory. It is an inclusive, participatory cultural space. Initially, a crowdfunding campaign helped to collect the microfinance support, complemented by the founders’ financial resources. Currently the project is supported by the profit of events and an alternative sharing system, including time-banking.

ExRotaprint

ExRotaprint is an industrial complex in Wedding, Berlin that hosts cultural and social activities. Formerly home of a printing machine factory, the 10,000 m2 complex was privatised by the Berlin Real Estate Fund and bought by its tenants with the help of ethical financial actors: German and Swiss anti-speculation foundations and pension funds. http://www.exrotaprint.de/(External link)
