Therefore we ask for the property data (plot size, purchase price), the sources of financing (equity, loans, donations, rental income) and costs (possible rental loss, administrative expenses, ground rent).
  • +As a result the group gets the amount of annual profit (reserve) or loss. This is very helpful for groups, because it enables to start playing with the numbers.
