An online interface interview-like questions could make it easier to get a first impression from the people and the substance of a project idea.
Our approach is that the technical background could be a combination of a front-end web browser (interview, fill-in fields), a mechanism for evaluation (scripts, calculation) and presentation (summary, evaluation). The results could be a short feedback for the group, from easy (red/yellow/green lights) up to a detailed summary of the submitted data.
