  • -The abandonment of the rural world is evidence that even the administrations admit already with no strokes. The risks added to this phenomenon are many such as desertification, forest fires, the fall in the quality of life of its inhabitants, etc. I propose to create a round table in which formulas are discussed to reintorduce or prevent the population's departure from the villages through the creation of "energy poles", that is, areas where solar or wind energy is generated with the subsequent creation of jobs of work and added activities. The round table could study what projects are viable, what funding would be needed and where it can come from and even make an experimental proposal for the administrations or the Som Energia cooperative itself to promote a project in this regard.

For this reason I find it interesting to know more and better the implications and possibilities both to be pioneers in the creation of communities when we have legislation, as to be able to influence it and have the maximum cooperative elements, social and solidarity economy and of citizen empowerment.
