#openheritage Co-design some of the activities in the next meeting of the consortium
The proposal is allowing CHL's community members or volunteers such as students (Sunderland) to show their work by uploading a foto of their actions or showing the activity they are participating in.
This is an original idea of Matin Hulse who expressed the need to "measure time committed by volunteers or measure time training received to forecast volunteer support and in kind contributions.
We'd love to discuss the relevance of this Sunderland Proposal for other CHL's in Berlin

To elaborate, it would be great if this goes beyond 'numbers'. Volunteering can be done in many ways, by being on site, helping, by contributing stories, by going to the archives, by sharing old photos, by organising events etc. so simply 'counting' would be hard.
So maybe volunteers can post a picture (of them selves in) the building (or something else related to the LAB) on Instagram /Twitter with a particular # and this can be linked, or maybe there is a place online where experiences of volunteering can be shared. Any other ideas on how to do this very welcome!
(Volunteering should not be competitive, so I would prefer it not to be a 'game' or 'get your star' system)

Specially if you can go deeper in the specifications of the action or you feel capable of creating a (rough) screenshot of how it should be displayed in the web.
